Peterson Woodhouse Christmas Party

We had a great night with the entire family. We had dinner and a visit from Santa who brought a special message. This year we did something different, we brought white elephant gifts and passed them around with a story. The kids had a great time and the white elephant gifts were hilarious. 

Thanksgiving

Marj & Jim invited us down for Thanksgiving this year. We had a wonderful dinner and then played a lot of games: Thanksgiving balderdash, bingo, charades. The brown family made sure that everyone felt welcome and had a really good time.

Holden Deer Hunt

Every year the entire family goes to Holden for the annual deer hunt. We all get trailers and the boys hunt and everybody else plays and has tons of fun. We rode 4-wheelers, played cards and sat around the fire and just talked. For the first time we had everyone in the family there. All 19 grandkids were there and took home about 50lbs of sand with them.

Peterson Reunion

Dallas, Dena & Wendy came into town for a couple of weeks and we decided to have a little reunion. We met at Salem Pond and had dinner, desert, fed the ducks and just hung out. This is the first time we've all been together for a really long time.

24th of July

Jeff & Tricia invited us up for some fireworks. We had a pretty good show, including all the neighbors who let off the really big ones. 

Alaska Cruise

We went on an Alaskan cruise with Stacey, Chris, Marj & Jim

We got on the ship Sunday July 13th in Seattle. On Monday we traveled all day and got to Ketchikan on Tuesday. There we toured and went Salmon fishing. We caught 12 big ones and hope to have a Salmon fry soon. On Wednesday we landed in Juneau we toured the city and went to a glazcier called Mendenhall. On Thursday we went to Skagway. On Friday we traveled all day long on the ship. We "ATE", played bingo and a little shuffle board. On Saturday we arrived in Vancouver and toured the city. On Sunday we docked in Seattle each of us 10lbs heavier and headed home.
